When you see Mylab’s Mobile Samplers at Marina Congress Center, stop by for a chat. We’ll be there on 5th and 6th October presenting Mylab’s new mobile functionality and giving you a chance to review the prototype of our sampling case as well as our new visual identity.
Mylab’s mobile sampling application is already widely established and users in the field, for example in home care, have requested that we bring out a sampling case to carry the mobile phone, mobile printer, labels and possibly a charger. We will give you a possibility to review a prototype of the sampling case at the Laboratory Medicine event.
In addition, we have revamped our website during September giving more visibility to news and timely information on current topics. Our stand at the event also showcases our new visual identity. Give us feedback and win a prize!
At our stand you can also check out the latest new Weblab functionality including microbiology functionality, new additions to short-term development monitoring and quality control as well as digital pathology functions. In addition, we will give you a sneak preview of the updated user interface of the Verlabon blood center system.
A versatile set of information and experience
This year, the Laboratory Medicine Days 2017 is being organized in conjunction with the autumn training events of the Finnish Society of Clinical Chemistry, Finland’s hospital chemists and The Finnish Society for Medical Genetics. In addition, the international conference for laboratory medicine in the Nordic countries, NML 2017 (Nordisk Medicinsk Laboratoriegruppe), will also be organized in connection with the Laboratory Medicine Days.
The event programme will provide a versatile selection of timely information and hands-on experience from both Finland and abroad.
On Friday morning, in the Hands-on and Remote Information Technology session, Tuula Metso, Hospital Chemist, will give us an update on HUSLAB’s experiences in changing to a new laboratory information system. She will be followed by Mylab’s Annika Rökman, Software Specialist, who will discuss the diverse tasks of the laboratory and the system provider when first introducing a laboratory information system. She emphasizes the importance of meticulous testing and co-operation between parties in implementing the system in order for the system to operate reliably and to meet customer needs.
In addition, give us a call at our stand downstairs next to the coffee point at Marina Congress Center.
The programme for the Laboratory Medicine Days can be found here.
