Mylab will ensure around-the-clock services for our clients despite the current state of emergency
The health and wellbeing of people is our top priority. In this exceptional situation created by the coronavirus, we will do everything that we can to prevent the spread of the virus and to guarantee the continuation of our services.
Mylab’s entire staff has been working remotely since 13 March, and we are keeping a close eye on updates in line with official guidelines. For now, we are refraining from close contact and face-to-face meetings with all our interest groups, with the exception of some absolutely essential actions, such as installing a client’s analyser connections.
In cases where one of our employees falls ill, we will adhere to our standby policy in order to ensure that our customer environment systems and services can be sustained. We are prepared to make the necessary changes to our activities and resource allocation at short notice if the situation so requires.
